About the property
Villa Immortelle is situated ideally in the center of Adriatic coast, close to almost every natural and historical beauty Croatia has to offer: There are 4 national parks within 1.5 hour by car ( Paklenica 11km, Plitvice (UNESCO), Krka, Kornati), towns Zadar 30 km, Sibenik, Split are close, airport 30km away, A1 highway exit 3 mins.
In Rovanjska there are small shops and restaurants at walking distance. In the evenins you can take a walk by the sea, or visit 2000 years old town Zadar with it's rich cultural heritage and many restaurants with localy grown food.

About unit
The spacious covered terrace and outdoor space with sofas and deckchairs together with the swimming pool guarantees relaxation, overlooking the bay and breathtaking sunsets. Outdoor shower, large barbecue/grill with outdoor kitchen, children's playground will make your stay very comfortable.There is also outside dinning area with table and chairs.
Our bedrooms are equipped with 2 double (180x200) and 2 single beds (90x200), and bathrooms with walk in shower as well as bath, and bidet. All bedrooms have flat TV.
Open plan living room and kitchen are fully equipped. Kitchen: Dining table for 8 guests, induction/gas hob, oven, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster all dishes and cooking utensils as well as spices. Living room can accomodate 6 people at the sofa while watching smart TV.
WIFI internet access throughout the house. Also there are safe, bicycles, washing machine, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, baby cot free of charge.
Garage for one car and 4 parking places in our fenced yard.
Bed linen and towels, beach towels and tea towels provided and changed weekly.

Villa Immortelle
There is a lot to like. In fact, all of it. Jelena and Ante - who are the kindest people - have created a beautiful and peaceful place. Everything is thought through and every detail is taken care of, starting from the layout of the house, all the way to having sharp knives in the kitchen. The sunsets turn every evening into an event. Just glorious!

Bellissima nouva villa, arredata in stile moderno. Quali che cercano un pezzo di tranquilita e maggiorita di comodo, questa villa e perfetta! Potra sistemare 6 persone (in 3 camere), c'e una grande bella cucina,la terazza grandissima con la piscina, griglia e meraviglioso visto mare - davvero rilassante vacanze! La villa ha disponibile anche il garage e un grande parcheggio per almeno 3 machine. Villa e pulita perfetto, e potra trovare in cucina e in bagno tutto che di cui ha bisogno. La proprietaria Jelena e veramente simpaticha, e sempre era disponibile per noi, serve tutti informazioni di cui hai bisogno e sempre risponde alle nostre messagi. La posizione della villa e eccellente, solo 2 min dalla autostrada, 30 min da Zara, 10 min da Starigrad. E se voui fare una passegiata, sei in centro in 2 minuti a piedi. Anche e vicino da 4 parchi nazionale, che ogni persona deve vedere quando viene qui, sono bellissimi tutti! Nostre vacanze erano ottime, e non vedo l'ora di rintornare qui!

Fantastic view, near to the beach, nice pool, clean rooms, open spacefull living/kitchen, airco, quiet neighbourhood, friendly owners, good location to discover the Dalmatic region.

Villa Immortelle
We have just returned from a fabulous holiday in Villa Immortelle. This villa is gorgeous and has everything you could need for a great holiday.. It is extremely well equipped, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The views are just stunning, especially the evening view of the sunset. We will miss that now we are home! The sea is literally on its doorstep (200m or less) and if you are not into that, the pool is great. The location of the villa is also great, perfect for exploring this part of Croatia. We visited three national parks during are stay which were just stunning and the furthest one away was only about 1.5 hours by car. The owners. Yelena and Ante were brilliant to deal with. Very quick at replying to questions before and after we booked and were on hand to answer any queries we had during our stay. In short, a wonderful holiday in a wonderful villa! we may even have to return!! :-)
